Research has shown that for the best learning to occur students need a brain snack mid-morning. In order to promote learning the snack needs to be a healthy brain energizing food. We will have an official mid-morning snack at 9:45am each day.

You may send any of the foods on the list below as a snack for your child. If you have a snack you would like to send, but it is not on the list, please contact me.
